Information we receive
The public calendar does not require an account. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include so we can reply or investigate a correction.
How information is used
We use correspondence to respond to enquiries and improve event accuracy. We use aggregate traffic information to improve the calendar and do not sell personal information.
Analytics and browsing
Happenings Prague uses privacy-oriented measurement to understand how the calendar is used at an overall level. This helps us see which pages are useful, whether visitors arrive from a search result or another website, and where the calendar can be made clearer. We use that information to improve the service rather than to build personal profiles. You can browse the public calendar without creating a Happenings Prague account.
External links
Event listings link to organiser, venue and ticketing sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Event information and corrections
The event details shown in the calendar are published facts and links intended to help people plan. If you contact us about an incorrect listing, we use the details you provide to review that specific issue and reply where appropriate. We may keep enough correspondence to understand the request and maintain an accurate calendar. The original organiser, venue or ticketing provider remains responsible for its own website and information.
Your choices
You do not need to create an account to browse the public calendar. You can choose whether to contact us by email, and you can decide whether to follow an external event link. Questions about the privacy practices of an organiser, venue or ticket provider should be directed to that organisation, because its website and any booking process are separate from Happenings Prague.
